BIOGRAPHY

Nicole joined Kennaday Leavitt in 2023.  She represents health plans and other entities in all aspects, including bad faith litigation, payor-provider disputes, business disputes, regulatory compliance, and all phases of litigation and arbitration.

Nicole received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice with a minor in government from CSU Sacramento. She moved to San Diego, where she earned her Juris Doctorate at the University of San Diego. Nicole then returned to the Sacramento area, where she began her legal career.  Her practice included the defense of medical malpractice and elder abuse claims for almost ten years before she shifted her focus to healthcare defense, advice and counsel.

Nicole is admitted to practice in all state courts in California, as well as the federal District Court for the Eastern District of California.
