BIOGRAPHY
Claire joined Kennaday Leavitt PC in 2024 as an Associate Attorney. Claire’s demonstrable success as a litigator allows her to competently represent health care and employment clients in various litigation matters, including payor-provider disputes, managed care liability, civil rights litigation, and discrimination and retaliation matters. Prior to joining Kennaday Leavitt, Claire worked for the San Diego County Public Defender’s Office, where she personally acted as lead counsel in nine jury trials and one bench trial. In addition to her first chair trial experience, she has litigated countless cases from inception to conclusion, inclusive of fact investigation, discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
Claire received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Seattle University. She went on to attend the University of San Diego School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate. Claire is admitted to all state courts in California.
