BIOGRAPHY

Allison is a partner representing employers in employment disputes. She defends employers against claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination and defamation, as well as whistleblower claims under state and federal statutes and wage and hour disputes.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Allison litigated personal injury claims and elder abuse actions. Her experience includes factual investigation, all aspects of discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial work.

 

Allison is admitted in the Eastern District Court of California and all state courts in California.
