BIOGRAPHY
Warren’s practice is focused on representing private employers in employment disputes. Warren’s primary focus is in the area of claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment under California and federal statutes, wrongful termination, whistleblower claims under a variety of state and federal statutes, wage and hour disputes including PAGA claims, workplace violence, defamation, and other employment related claims. Prior to attending law school, Warren worked as a commercial truck driver and logistics manager for a distributor in West Sacramento.
Warren has experience in civil litigation, hearings before the California Labor Commissioner, defending employers in administrative investigations, and obtaining restraining orders. Warren’s experience also includes counseling in all phases of employment disputes, including pre-demand risk-management strategies, addressing demands for payment, litigation, and settlement negotiations. Warren has success in obtaining dismissals on behalf of clients without the need for trial.
