Kennaday Leavitt Welcomes Alexander L. Nowinski

Kennaday Leavitt is pleased to announce that Alexander Larsen Nowinski has joined the firm’s health care practice group as senior counsel.

Before joining the firm, Alexander was a partner and shareholder at a long-established Sacramento law firm. He brings a strong litigation background honed in the defense of physicians against claims of medical negligence, as well as a sharp understanding of the nuances of the legal and judicial processes gleaned from his work as a law clerk in federal judicial chambers. A proud Sacramento native, Alexander also has experience guiding new plans through the Department of Managed Health Care’s licensing process.
