Kennaday Leavitt Welcomes Dane M. Willis
Kennaday Leavitt is pleased to announce that Dane M. Willis has joined its Health Care and Employment practice groups as an associate attorney. Dane’s practice focuses primarily on civil health care and employment litigation.
After passing the July 2019 bar exam, Dane was sworn in, promoted into his new role of associate, and launched straight into assisting Kennaday Leavitt in trial, where he drafted a motion for terminating sanctions that helped the firm reach a favorable settlement for our client. Dane graduated law school among the top third of his class and joins the firm with a wide variety of experiences, including clerking for the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office. Before joining Kennaday Leavitt as an associate, Dane worked for the firm for nearly five years and received valuable litigation and transactional experience in the health care, employment and administrative contexts. Dane also brings a variety of unique skills obtained from his completion of California State University, Sacramento’s accelerated Business Honors Program, where he developed advanced skills in data management and analytics.
We are excited to have Dane on the team and look forward to watching him continue to grow as an attorney.
