Kennaday Leavitt Welcomes New Partner Jeffery Owensby

Kennaday Leavitt is excited to announce its new partnership with Labor and Employment attorney Jeffery Owensby. The firm is now known as Kennaday Leavitt Owensby PC. Jeffery represents employers in all types of employment cases and has experience litigating in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies. Jeffery also has a traditional labor law practice in which he represents employers in matters related to management/union relations, including grievance proceedings and collective bargaining negotiations.

Jeffery brings with him associate Warren Hodges, whose practice focuses on representing private employers in employment disputes involving discrimination, retaliation and harassment in state and federal courts. Additionally, Warren defends employers against wage and hour claims filed in state courts as well as with the California Labor Commissioner.
