Kennaday Leavitt Welcomes Ariana Van Alstine to Its Health Care Law Practice

Kennaday Leavitt is pleased to announce that Ariana Van Alstine has joined its Healthcare Law practice group as an Associate. Ariana specializes in advice and counsel for regulatory compliance matters and administrative hearings. Additionally, Ariana represents managed care organizations in healthcare litigation. She has significant experience handling litigation in state and federal courts, including factual investigation, discovery, dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, mediations and preparation for trial.

After graduating from McGeorge School of Law, Ariana served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Allen Sumner before joining a technology startup in the Bay Area as global compliance counsel. Most recently, Ariana worked for a well-known regional civil litigation firm.
