Kennaday Leavitt Welcomes Adam Khan to Its Employment Law Practice


Kennaday Leavitt is pleased to announce that Adam Khan has joined its Employment Law practice group as an Associate. Adam specializes in employment litigation on behalf of employers and businesses. He has significant experience in motion practice, mediation and discovery, including such successes as a recent favorable defense verdict at trial. Adam also has experience defending public entity clients in civil rights cases and handling real estate litigation matters.

A graduate of McGeorge School of Law, Adam studied under Associate Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy in Salzburg, Austria, and served as an intern in the Governor’s Office of Legal Affairs. In addition, he completed a legal externship in the Office of the California Attorney General’s Health, Education and Welfare Section. Adam holds a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
