BIOGRAPHY

Noel joined Kennaday Leavitt in 2022 as a Senior Associate. She represents health plans and other entities with regulatory compliance, transactional matters, payor-provider disputes, and in all phases of litigation and arbitration.

 

Noel began her legal career in 2008 with the Alameda County Public Defender’s Office, conducting solo jury trials and defending the county’s clients in all aspects of litigation from arraignment through post-conviction appellate work. She has over a decade of experience representing employers and insurance companies in various administrative law matters and hearings, including arbitration and bench trials. In her spare time, Noel enjoys reading, bike riding, e-shopping, watching football, and working out.
