Kennaday Leavitt is pleased to announce that Alexander Larsen Nowinski has joined the firm’s health care practice group as senior counsel. Before joining the firm, Alexander was a partner and shareholder at a long-established Sacramento law firm. He brings a strong litigation background honed in the defense of physicians against claims of medical negligence, as well as a sharp understanding of the nuances of the legal and judicial processes gleaned from his work as a law clerk in federal judicial chambers. A proud Sacramento native, Alexander also has experience guiding new plans through the Department of Managed Health Care’s licensing process.

Kennaday Leavitt is pleased to announce that Dane M. Willis has joined its Health Care and Employment practice groups as an associate attorney. Dane’s practice focuses primarily on civil health care and employment litigation. After passing the July 2019 bar exam, Dane was sworn in, promoted into his new role of associate, and launched straight into assisting Kennaday Leavitt in trial, where he drafted a motion for terminating sanctions that helped the firm reach a favorable settlement for our client.
