BIOGRAPHY

Lance Martin is a senior associate specializing in healthcare litigation. He represents health care payors in contracted and non-contracted provider disputes, regulatory actions against state agencies, and health insurance fraud cases. 

 

Lance has experience in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings and discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, trial preparation and appeals. Lance has also successfully argued numerous motions before federal and state courts.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Lance defended public entities and public employees in civil rights actions before federal and state courts. Lance is admitted in the Central, Eastern, and Northern Districts Court of California and all state courts in California.
