BIOGRAPHY

Joey is a senior associate specializing in health care litigation. He represents health care payors in contracted and non-contracted provider disputes, regulatory actions involving state agencies, and health insurance fraud cases.

​

Prior to joining the firm, Joey served for seven years as a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force, as both regional counsel to the Air Force's west coast medical centers, and as a federal prosecutor.
