BIOGRAPHY

Emily is an associate in the firm’s health care practice group.  She assists health care payors in contracted and non-contracted provider disputes, regulatory actions involving state agencies, and insurance fraud cases. 

​

Emily graduated cum laude from U.C. Hastings College of the Law.  During law school she participated in an externship at the Department of Homeland Security, where she was a legal intern for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.  Emily obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science from U.C. Davis.
