KLO Obtains Summary Judgment in Retaliation and Wrongful Termination Case

On May 17, 2017, KLO attorneys Jeff Owensby and Warren Hodges obtained summary judgment on behalf of Sutter Roseville Medical Center. The plaintiff claimed that she was retaliated against for seeking a medical leave of absence and was wrongfully terminated in violation of public policy. Jeff and Warren are very proud of the privilege to represent the Sutter organization in employment-related matters. #KennadayLeavittOwensby
